Role Details:
*Position: Year 3 SEND Teaching Assistant
*Pay Rate: £85-£95 per day (PAYE)
*Start Date: January 2025 or sooner
*Contract Type: Long-term, full-time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support to pupils in the classroom, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
*Work predominantly on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and enhancing their learning experience.
*Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to deliver effective support strategies.
*Help create an engaging and supportive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
