Role Overview:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting various business functions. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in managing day-to-day office operations for optimal efficiency.
*Maintain accurate records and files (both physical and digital).
*Support the property management team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.
*Handle inquiries from clients and residents with professionalism and courtesy.
*Assist in the preparation and processing of rental agreements and documentation related to our rent guarantee services.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
*Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and property management software to streamline operations and maintain database accuracy.
*Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance client service and business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or customer service sectors.
*Familiarity with property management practices and rent guarantee schemes is a plus.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
*Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
