Job Description:
A consumer health, wellness, personal growth, FMCG client with Head Offices in London is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team.
This is a hybrid role that combines the best of Human Resources and Finance operations which could be a great career path to Operations Director and beyond.
As the Operations Manager you will:
*Liaise with external parties (e.g., legal, payroll providers, regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and standards.
*Ensure accuracy and stay ahead of regulations.
*Support reviews, guide development goals, and power recruitment efforts.
*Assist in the yearly review process by coordinating timelines, gathering relevant data, and providing insights into market salary averages and benchmarking.
*Keep financial records sharp, manage accounts receivable, and track expenses with precision.
*Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment trackers.
*Provide weekly support for accounts receivable by monitoring outstanding invoices, reconciling payments, following up with clients, and preparing AR performance reports.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who is:
*Previous experience in HR and/or finance admin roles.
*Knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance requirements.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
*Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
*Experience in recruitment and talent management is a plus.
*Understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
