Part - Qualified Management Accountant
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a well-established facilities management company that has had significant growth over the last 3 years, from £3 million turnover to currently £10 million. The company is on a continuous growth path, and forecasting to accelerate their growth, and require a driven, ambitious individual to join their finance team who can grow with the business and support the MD with their strategy of continued growth.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform daily, weekly, and monthly end-to-end bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, prepare comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity. Manage the preparation of monthly journal postings to support accurate financial reporting and conduct monthly cost analysis for project recharges and overheads to optimise resource allocation. You will contribute to the preparation and support of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and analyse and maintain fixed assets, ensuring proper tracking and reporting. You will assist with the monthly financial close process, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met and support month-end profit and loss and balance sheet analysis to provide valuable insights. You will collaborate on the annual budget and forecast processes, contributing to strategic financial planning, and proactively seek opportunities to build, implement, and improve efficiency’s in financial processes.
In addition, you will provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency, as well as delivering ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to assist management decision-making.
Requirements
* CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified
* Excellent Excel Skills
* Experience of using computerised financial systems and software
* Great analytical skills
* Proactive ability to implement process improvements
* Resourceful, self-motivated, dependable, efficient and detail oriented
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-team working
