Job Description:
Reed Business Support are partnering with a rapidly growing company based in Sheffield, known for delivering outstanding services to their clients. They are seeking a personable and professional receptionist to become the welcoming face of their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Warmly greet and welcome visitors.
*Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
*Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
*Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
*Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
*Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Professional attitude and appearance.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
*Customer service orientation.
