Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fantastic manufacturing company. This Birmingham based role offers flexible working hours and has a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to processing invoices, accurately maintaining the purchase ledger system up to date, handling invoice queries, compiling reports, assisting with month end procedures and collaborating across the finance department to support its processes. The successful applicant will report to the Finance Manager and work within a small close-knit finance team.
What you will need:
*Be detail and solution oriented to help identify and resolve discrepancies, and handle queries.
*Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role is required.
*Whilst not essential, strong data analysis and data entry skills is advantageous.
*Be a self-organised individual who excels at working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
