Technical Customer Advisor
Salary: £26,000 p/a
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire
Full Time Opportunity - Monday to Friday

The Key Duties of the Technical Customer Advisor
*Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
*Dealing with customer enquiries
*Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided
The Key Requirements of the Technical Customer Advisor
*Minimum 1 years’ experience within a customer facing role beneficial
*Passionate about building relationships with customers
