BID MANAGER
We are looking for a talented Bid Manager to join a team and play a pivotal role in driving bid strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, innovative, and highly skilled professional to make a meaningful impact on our brand and market presence.

*5+ years’ experience required
*1 day on-site per week minimum required

THE BID MANAGER ROLE:
*We are looking for a highly skilled bid professional to work closely with the Group Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the drive to work independently, take initiative, and propel our bid efforts to new heights.
*The Bid Manager plays a key role in overseeing and driving comprehensive, high-value bid processes from start to finish. Their primary responsibility is to secure new services business and renewals for the company.
*This position is essential for acquiring new customers, achieving national win and retention targets, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid and pursuit process. Additionally, the role involves contributing to marketing strategies and creating compelling, high-quality content to produce best-in-class proposals that stand out in the market.
BID MANAGER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Minimum 5 years of experience within a bid role.
*Experience within a marketing environment essential.
*PPT skills essential.
*Attention to detail is essential.
*General marketing skills such as SEO, Copywriting, Bran Management etc.
*Experience with account-based bid/marketing strategies.
*A proactive and self-assured professional seeking an exciting and challenging opportunity in a dynamic bid management role.
*Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate challenges, solve problems, and overcome constraints while leading complex, high-stakes, and high-profile pursuits.
*Design / Layout experience.
*Ability to work independently.
*Results orientated and driven mindset.
