Job Description:
Working 5 days in the office for this busy Cambridge based organisation you will be involved in Operations and Administration including ensuring that all calls are answered and announced efficiently and courteously in line with company policy and procedures, ensure that incoming and outgoing post, parcels and faxes are sorted/franked, and that clients are alerted accordingly, ensure that CRM software is always kept up to date, including any awareness of any changes within company structure, employees, working hours etc, report any maintenance issues, monitor stationery/catering stock levels, and many other associated admin tasks including reception and facilities.
This is a full time, office based vacancy requiring an immediate start.
