About the Firm/Role:
CRA Legal is working with a reputable, renowned law firm with a national presence who are looking to recruit an experienced Post Completions Team Leader. Our client is a leading and award-winning law firm, due to continued expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced post completions team leader to join. This is a perfect opportunity to join an established and award-winning business with real progression and development opportunities.
This role will see you managing a team of post completions assistants/executives and working with fellow team leaders. This role will be based at the firms Sheffield head office and will see you supporting the central head office conveyancing team as well as other firms within the group umbrella.
Key aspects of the role:Effectively manage a team of post completion assistant/Executives Perform training, coaching and 121 meetings Audit and monitor the team’s workload Maintain the highest levels of customer service Deal with complex matters of registrations and SDLT’s such as leasehold and shared ownership transactions.

About you:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a prior conveyancing role Ideally you will have experience of managing a team although this is not essential to be considered Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines Excellent communication and client care skills Competent use of Microsoft 365, and general IT skills Knowledge of case management systems and updating panel websites
