Marketing Assistant - Financial Services Sector
A highly successful, London based, property finance lender has a newly created opening for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and be exposed to a wide variety of areas within marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
*Support execution of social media and email marketing strategy and communications
*Brainstorm with Head of Marketing to help innovate processes and collateral e.g. competitor analysis / procuration fee statements
*Maintenance and cleaning of CRM system
*Work closely with Head of Marketing to ensure products are up to date on sourcing systems, updating and uploading the product spreadsheets when required
*Process product guide information, providing input to Graphic Designer
*Provide support to Finance team for procuration fee payments, delivering statements via branded email to brokers if necessary
*Campaign reporting to Head of Marketing - Provide reports on business activity (Power BI) to help shape the direction of communications
*Attend events when needed to ensure the Sales Team has all relevant collateral and report on effectiveness
*Advise and source branded merchandise, dealing with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained
Experience required:
*Minimum of 12 months’ commercial experience in marketing.
*Degree educated - preferably with a marketing degree
*Experience within financial services, particularly mortgages or property finance, is highly desired
*Knowledge of WordPress preferred
*Knowledge of HubSpot preferred
*Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
*Organisation skills a must
*Comfortable with MS Excel/Office suite
*Creative and articulate
*Events experience a plus
