What we’re looking for
We are looking for a skilled finance professional with the expertise and ambition to drive excellence. In this role, you’ll prepare the monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow), while overseeing the preparation of management accounts for WorkNest Limited. You’ll drive improvements in month-end processes and ensure financial reporting is accurate and delivered on time. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain robust processes and controls across the division, while also supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. With your strategic mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities, you’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance returns, while overseeing our payroll processes. You’ll also play a key role in responding to group and senior stakeholder requests, delivering accurate and insightful financial information.
We are looking for someone who is a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach and the confidence to engage with colleagues across all levels of the business. With excellent interpersonal skills, strong delegation abilities, and a proactive approach to solving problems and driving change, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver real impact across the business.
