About the Role As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:

Education and Training Requirements To be successful in this Primary Cover Supervisor role, you should possess:
*Experience in an educational setting - previous experience working with children in schools or similar settings is desirable.
*A relevant qualification - a BA Hons Degree, Masters or teaching qualification in Education.
*Classroom management skills - the ability to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
*Strong communication skills - effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
*Commitment to personal development - a proactive attitude towards training opportunities provided by Academics.
*Safer recruitment - have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate and undergo relevant right to work checks subject to DfE requirements.
