Job Description:
Are you a meticulous and organised Bookkeeper with a knack for numbers and a strong command of SAP? Join our client’s dynamic team and make an impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment! This is a temporary role to start ASAP.
Bookkeeper - About The Role
As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you’ll ensure seamless financial operations while contributing to the organisation’s overall success.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll processing
*Utilise SAP software for financial data entry, reporting, and analysis
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
*Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
*Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes
*Provide support during month-end and year-end closings
The successful Bookkeeper will have/be:
*Proven bookkeeping experience
*Advanced knowledge of SAP financial modules is essential
*Available immediately or on short notice
