Waking Nightshift Autism Practitioners
Central Area Services, Alloa
£12.49 - £13.33per hour / £24,035 - £25,650 pro rata
Full & Part Time Positions Available
Female-Only Service (specific to the needs of the people receiving support)

Join our passionate teams within Central Area Services. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, you’ll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.
Experience
Experience in social care is desirable but not essential—we’re looking for individuals who share our core values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
- Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person’s goals and aspirations.
