Job Description:
Reed Business Support are currently working with a leading distributor with over 30 years’ in their industry who are based in Middlesbrough, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Benefits:
• Working Monday – Thursday – 8:15 – 16:45 and on a Friday 8:15 – 16:00
• 25 days A/L plus BH
• Pension

• Full product training given
• Office based role
Main duties:
*Receiving customer orders via email / phone
*Inputting orders onto the CRM system
*Processing sales orders from a varied customer base
*Allocating purchase order numbers against invoices
*Answering inbound calls
*Dealing with order progress queries
*Dealing with general pricing queries
*Providing quotations on request
*Opening post/email and passing them to the correct departments
The successful candidate will be/have:
*Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), use of CRM software
*Previous sales administration experience is desirable
*Working to deadlines
*Able to multi-task
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
