Job Description:
Qualified Nursery Practitioner
*Location: Kettering
*Start Date: December/January
*Salary: £90 - £110 per day
*Job Type: Full-time
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely primary school in Kettering. This full-time role is due to commence either now or from January 2025.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support and extend children’s learning, development, and educational outcomes.
*Organise and oversee the planning, implementation, and provision of activities tailored to children’s needs.
*Carry out detailed observations and evaluations of the children’s progress.
*Plan and provide next steps to support and enhance children’s development, ensuring individual needs are met effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification.
*Recent experience working as a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant.
*A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and key worker systems.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
