Job Description:

Our established Planning team in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Planner or Associate to join our growing team! This role offers a unique chance to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
* Promote large scale industrial and commercial, residential and mixed-use, urban regeneration, infrastructure and innovation-led development, and coordinating professional teams in the preparation and submission of major planning applications.
* Prepare and submit representations to Local Plans.
* Conduct site appraisals and manage projects for a variety of clients.
* Prepare planning and economic statements to support applications.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Play a key role in raising the team’s profile and supporting business development activity across the Eastern Region.
Who you are:
* MRTPI qualified with strong planning experience (consultancy or private sector advantageous).
* A keen eye for detail.
* Enthusiastic about networking opportunities and profile raising.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
* A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a complex workload.
* Full UK driving licence holder.
