Working hours of a Lettings Branch Manager: 
*Monday to Friday 
*Alternate Saturdays 
Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Branch Manager: 
*£20,000 – £32,000 basic 
*£50,000 OTE 
*Company car or Car Allowance 
*Career progression
Lettings Branch Manager requirements: 
*Highly experienced in Lettings 
*Able to motivate a team 
*Highly organized and able to manage workload 
*Driven and hungry for success 
*Full UK driver’s license 
*Great local knowledge of the area
Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to: 
*Managing the Lettings Team 
*Setting KPI’s for the team 
*Undertaking team meetings 
*Help grow the business 
*Liaising between Landlords and buyers 
*Carrying out 1-1s with the team 
*Going out and winning new business
