Job Advert: Sales Ledger/Credit Controller
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 2 days work from home per week)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s sales ledger and ensuring timely payments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, balancing time between our vibrant Cardiff office and the comfort of your home (2 days remote per week).
Key Responsibilities *Sales Ledger Management: Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure the ledger is up to date.
*Credit Control: Proactively manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and resolve queries to minimize bad debt.
*Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management.
*Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
*Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance credit control processes and systems.
What We’re Looking For *Proven experience in sales ledger, credit control, or a similar finance role.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
*A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
