Property Litigation Solicitor, Bournemouth

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well known and professional law firm who are looking to strengthen their Property Litigation team.

Key attributes needed here are excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with the ability to participate in business development.
The firm have a national client base and attract highly talented and ambitious solicitors and associates and have a good track record of promoting from within.
Applications are requested from solicitors at NQ-4 years PQE or from trainees who are about to qualify.
You can expect to advise on all types of Property related disputes including restrictive covenants, trespass, easements and landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues. So there should be a genuine enthusiasm for these types of matters.
Bournemouth is an amazing place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
