MHHS Project Manager
Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid Role - 1 p/m On-Site)
Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE)

Role Overview:
As a client-facing MHHS Project Manager, you will act as the face of my client’s business whilst playing a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from concept through to successful completion. Your main focus will be supporting clients on their journey to achieving a flexible, clean retail electrical market in a bid to help the UK hit net-zero. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
*Delivering projects from end-to-end, whilst also being expected to jump into other projects and pick it up as needed.
*Full responsibility for the financial aspects of a project, including regular forecasting and repeat on actuals.
*Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines, as well as resource allocation from across the wider business.
*Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
*Adapting to changing project needs and facilitating Agile methodologies when necessary, including a certain level of ambiguity in the early stages of a new project.
Key Requirements:
*5+ years of experience of MHHS (Market Half-Hourly Settlement) Project Management experience, ideally within client facing environments.
*Proven expertise in managing entire end-to-end delivery, from initial concept through to implementation and handover.
*Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing project budgets and reporting into SLT to ensure financials are accounted for and managed.
*Strong risk and issue management experience.
*Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
Desirable:
*Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
*Background in both public and private sector businesses.
*Degree level education.
