Are you an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service skills? Looking for an immediate start?
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our esteemed client in the professional services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a blend of administrative and customer service tasks.
**This role is fully office-based Monday-Friday (9 - 5 PM) with one late shift per week, and one Saturday shift per month**
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
*Communicate directly with customers to address their needs and concerns.
*Accurately upload and update customer details and other information in the system.
*Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
*Print and post various documents as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the professional services industry.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
*Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
