MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position.

The Role:
*Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
*Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
*Overseeing a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
*Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
*Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards.
*Working in an environment with strong chemical smells.
*Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies’ strict health and safety procedures
The Person:
*Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
*A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
*Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
*Someone with a can-do attitude
*Must be flexible with shifts as will be expected to work overtime
*Experience in Hygiene roles

Moving onto
*06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm
The Pay:
*£11.44 on Day Shift
*£13.16 on Back Shift
