ERP Systems Support Analyst responsibilities:
*Support and improve the Kerridge K8 ERP system or similar platforms.
*Maintain and develop business systems such as Power BI, EDI, and Power Apps.
*Create and manage reports to optimise operational efficiency.
*Provide 2nd line support for system issues and incidents.
*Escalate and manage incidents with external support teams.
*Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve issues effectively.
*Test workflows, integrations, and processes for ongoing projects.
*Optimise ERP functionality by testing and documenting configurations.
ERP Systems Support Analyst skills, traits, and experience:  
*Experience with ERP systems, ideally Kerridge K8, in a support role.
*Proficiency in report-writing tools like K8 Report Generator.
*Strong understanding of ERP systems and database concepts.
*Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
*Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
*Experience working with users to enhance system functionality.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Effective communicator with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
