*3D Modelling & Visuals: Develop compelling 3D models and visuals to bring ideas to life.
*Material & Product Selection: Choose the right finishes and products to suit each project.
*Concept Development: Create mood boards and presentations to communicate and sell the vision.
*Client & Team Collaboration: Attend meetings to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
*Detail Design & Technical Documentation: Create detailed packages ready for installation.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
*Experience: Previous role in interior design, ideally within the educational sector, though other sectors are welcome.
*Expertise: Strong design background, particularly in educational design principles.
*Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and ideally, Enscape or similar rendering tools.
*Collaborative Leadership: Team player with excellent communication abilities.
*Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
*Presentation Skills: Confident in pitching designs and conveying ideas effectively to clients.
