Job Description:
Training Coordinator Lead
Are you an experienced coordinator or administrator with a background in training, travel, personnel logistics, or operations admin? Do you excel in leadership roles and thrive in dynamic environments? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator Lead to join our team and oversee training arrangements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Team Rota: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of team activities.
Client Focal Point: Serve as the primary contact for client queries and bookings.
Innovative Decision-Making: Assist the Account Manager with creative solutions.
Procedure Development: Maintain, recommend, and develop procedures for contracts.
Team Leadership: Lead the contract team, conduct appraisals, and plan for succession.
Identify Improvements: Find areas for improvement to add value.
Support Strategic Growth: Assist the Account Manager in achieving strategic goals.
Client Meetings: Attend and lead meetings with clients.
Internal Meetings: Hold regular meetings with the team and relevant staff.
Monitor Training Spend: Review client’s third-party training spend to monitor trends.
Ensure KPI Compliance: Ensure contract KPIs are met and POs are in place.
Revenue Monitoring: Track revenue in comparison to deployed resources.
Workload Monitoring: Monitor team workload and address issues as needed.
Provide Reports: Supply the team with look-ahead reports and ensure completion.
Client Reports: Provide clients with compliance and gap reports regularly.
Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with client focal points.
Regular Updates: Keep the Client Account Manager informed with regular updates.
Process Updates: Issue process updates and offer training if required.
Data Verification: Ensure data within LMS is accurate and fully populated.
Additional Duties: Undertake additional tasks as requested by the head of the department.
