Marketing Analyst
South Manchester – Hybrid/Flexible
£45,000 - £50,000
Forward Role are excited to be working with a well-established business within the travel industry who are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimising marketing performance across both traditional and digital channels.
This is a brand new role to the team, giving you the opportunity to put your mark on something and make a true impact to the business.
As the Marketing Analyst, you will be collaborating across various teams analysing complex data and provide actionable recommendations that align with broader business objectives. This role offers the chance to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment while advancing your analytical expertise.
You will be based from the South Manchester office - however, there is hybrid working and flexibility on offer if you do live further afield.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Collect data from marketing campaigns and marketing channels covering traditional and digital channels – monitor performance unearth insights and trends.
*Evaluate marketing effectiveness across all channels, on and offline - such as radio, social, email, and paid media.
*Create and maintain user friendly dashboards to provide insight to marketing and campaign ROI and KPIs.
*Look for ways to continuously improve campaign performance through experimentation and exploratory analysis.
*Work closely with stakeholders across the wider marketing function to establish measurable goals, provide actionable recommendations, and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
*Share findings and insights with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence strategic decisions.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in a Data Analytics role with a heavy involvement in Marketing data & insights
*Good understanding of marketing practices
*Experience with modelling techniques such as regression, correlation and predictive analysis
*Strong GA4 skills are essential.
*Ability to build dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI or similar.
*SQL experience is essential.
*Ability to work with high volumes of complex data, pull insights and make recommendations to drive improvements.
*Understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, with expertise in evaluating their performance.
*Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach.
*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and forecast trends.
*Outstanding communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
*Strong collaborative skills, working seamlessly across marketing, digital, finance, and product teams.
