Administration Coordinator - Weymouth - Term Time Up to £24,800

What you’ll be doing:
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be a key support to our client and their team. The role requires a positive, self-motivated, and highly organised individual who can work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a range of administrative tasks with confidentiality and precision
About the company:
Our client provides a range of services and resources designed to support educators in enhancing student performance.
What we’re looking for:
*Manage daily administrative tasks and confidential paperwork
*Oversee student admissions and coordinate trips and visits
*Prepare documentation for House Teams and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) related to suspensions and exclusions
*Support various projects to improve processes
*Communicate effectively with teams and resolve issues as they arise
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Enthusiastic, adaptable, and detail-oriented
*Previous experience in administration or project management is a plus
Hours & Benefits:
37 hours per week
