As a Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:
*Manage the receivables ledger, ensuring timely payment from clients
*Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
*Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
*Produce monthly reports on debtor status
*Resolve any queries or issues with client accounts
*Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to achieve targets
*Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes
*Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
*Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
*A results-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
