Role: Administrator
Location: Lincoln, LN5
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.45 - 5.15, Friday 8.45 - 4.45
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Our client is seeking to appoint an administrator to its busy support team
Duties for the Administrator:
*data entry
*producing reports
*updating the database
*assist with social media and marketing
*manage the mail box
*meet and greet visitors
*receive, record and distribute mail
*file, photocopy and scan documents
*ad-hoc duties as and when required
Experience for the Administrator
*multi disciplined approach
*motivated
*social media and marketing skills
*excellent communication skills
*strong IT skills
*able to work to deadlines
*GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and above)
*previous office admin experience
