Associate Director, Facilities Management - Leading Managing Agent - Up to £73k + Travel - Hybrid/ Central London
Would you like the opportunity to head up site based FM teams across a portfolio of prestigious commercial Trophy Buildings in London, where you will be responsible for the team management, a best in class customer service oversight, ESG delivery and client relationships?
Do you have experience of managing an array of corporate clientele and in house staff, whilst delivering a 5* FM service provision across both hard and soft services on Trophy Buildings in London?
I am currently recruiting for an exciting new position for an Associate Director, Facilities Management to head up the FM services across a handful of Trophy, Multi Tenanted commercial buildings in London through their site based team.

Responsibilities:
*Oversight of the management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple corporate tenants across various trophy sites through site based team management.
*Oversight of ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
*Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site
*Oversight of teams service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £7 million per annum
*Health & safety management
*Hard and soft service contractor management
*Project management and refurbishment works
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 4 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience, team management and previous experience of working on a Trophy Asset.
*MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
*IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
