Job Description
*Job Title: QA Administrator
*Job Type: 12 months fixed term contract, with the potential to be made permanent.
*Hours: 35 per week Monday - Friday
*Job Location: Clydebank, Glasgow
*Salary: £23,400
We are looking for a QA Administrator with a focus on document control and archiving to support our Quality Assurance team in upholding compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
As the QA Administrator (Document Controller/Archivist), you will be essential in managing the quality documentation system, ensuring that records are organised, secure, and easily accessible. This role supports the QA team by maintaining accurate documentation in line with GMP and industry standards, facilitating audits, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be involved in administrative support activities to assist in the smooth operation of the site, including reception duties and some administrative functions to provide a focal point for customer care for the site.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain and organize quality documentation, including SOPs, protocols, CAPAs, audit reports, and training records in a secure and compliant manner.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for document control, ensuring documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed according to internal and regulatory guidelines.
*Archive, retrieve, and control access to quality documents, both electronically and physically, maintaining records’ integrity and compliance.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely submission of documents and records.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. You will also have excellent communication skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff & work as part of a team.
We are also open to applications from recent Science Graduates, looking to go into a QA role.
