Description
*Lead ICT Applications Projects: Take ownership of ICT application projects aligned with the ICT Technology Strategy. You’ll manage the full lifecycle, from planning and testing to implementation.
*Inspire and Manage a High-Performing Team: Lead and motivate the applications team.
*Core System Management: Be the go-to manager for the administration of key systems, including Orchard Housing, Open Accounts, PIMSS Asset Management, and more.
*Day-to-Day Software Support: Manage and resolve day-to-day software issues, providing expert support and guidance.
*Reporting and Insights: Take charge of SQL Reporting Services and PowerBI
Profile
This role could suit someone with Orchard/MRI experience (or other, comparable CRM integrated system pertaining to the HOUSING SECTOR) who is ready to take the next step in their management career, from Team Leadership to Management.
*Hands-on Technical Skills: Experience in managing and supporting applications such as Orchard Housing, Open Accounts, SQL Reporting Services, and PowerBI. Knowledge of ICT best practices, policies, and procedures.
*Problem-Solving and Support: Strong troubleshooting skills, with a knack for managing and resolving day-to-day software issues.
*Analytical Mindset: Solid understanding of data reporting and analysis, with experience developing reports that inform business decisions.
*Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders, translating technical details into user-friendly solutions.
