Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth internal processes, timely communication, and efficient order management.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and order statuses.
*Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with other departments for stock replenishment.
*Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
*Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
*Support to customers covering all relevant business operational requirements with regards to as well as general product enquiries as a internal sales coordinator
*Handling and support of logistics requirements, resolving related issues / damages and liaising with customer and internal departments for all activities.
*Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role as a Internal sales coordinator
*Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
*A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
*Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
