4 days a week / General office hours

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client ensuring efficient office operations. Due to the nature of the business, biosecurity procedures are to be strictly adhered to.
Performance Objectives
*Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
*Manage clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
*Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
*Maintain office organisation and cleanliness.
*Support the site with administration needs.
*Any other support to the business as and when needed.
Person Specification
*Proven experience in an administrative role.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
*Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
*Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
