Description
*Manage a caseload of litigated RTA personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
*Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
*Liaise with third parties, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders.
*Conduct negotiations to secure fair settlements for clients.
*Prepare and present cases for court proceedings if necessary.
*Stay updated on recent legal developments in the personal injury field.
*Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
*Maintain high levels of client service and care at all times.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
*A qualification as a Solicitor with PQE in personal injury law.
*Candidates with good litigation experience willing to retrain as a personal injury solicitor will be considered.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*A high level of proficiency in legal research and drafting.
*The ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload.
