Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Shirley, Solihull - £28k package
My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Midlands area. They are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor or conveyancer to join their team working 3 days in their Shirley office and 2 days in Wythall.
In this pivotal role, you will expertly navigate the end sales process, guiding properties from the moment an offer is accepted all the way through to a successful exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor, your main duties will include:
- Processing and Progressing Sales: You will oversee all agreed sales, ensuring they are efficiently progressed through to completion.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including other estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors. Your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that everyone is kept in the loop.
- Providing Updates: Keep all relevant parties informed with accurate updates regarding the progress of each sale or purchase, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the process.
Essential Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential skills:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Progressor or in Conveyancing is a must, giving you a solid foundation to manage the complexities of property sales.
- Communication: Strong communication skills paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A natural instinct for problem-solving will be critical. You should be able to think on your feet and tackle any challenges that arise during the sales process.
- Organizational Skills: Impeccable organization will help you manage a diverse caseload while ensuring no detail goes overlooked.
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
