IT Engineer
Caerphilly / Hybrid - 2 days WFH
Up to £30,000 per annum DOE

About you:
*Someone reactive and proactive in their technical support
*Can help and mentor junior 1st engineers with ticket escalations and technical progression.
*Contribute to the business as a technical innovator, achieving mastery of your role, and taking ownership of all deliverables.
Skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Office 365.
*Experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019)
*Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
*Ability to troubleshoot IT networks and infrastructure
Key Tasks
*Install/configure software remotely.
*Support client applications and software.
*Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers and application deployment.
*Assist with network issues and VLANs.
*Setup, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs.
