Job Title: Assistant Planner

My client, a leading property and real estate consultancy, is seeking an Assistant Planner to join their dynamic team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and coordination of planning applications, development strategies, and planning reports, working closely with senior planners and clients. Key Responsibilities:
*Support the planning team in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
*Assist with site assessments, research, and planning policy analysis.
*Coordinate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to progress projects.
*Contribute to the production of planning reports and documentation.
Skills & Experience:
*A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Previous experience in planning or a related role is advantageous.
