Qualifications and Experience:
*Nursing Qualification: Active UK NMC Pin.
*Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with success in driving significant improvements and securing positive CQC outcomes.
*In-Depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legislative requirements.
*Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver exceptional care.
*Strategic Thinker: Skilled in resource management, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
