Commercial Manager - Premier Construction Company

We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations across multiple project packages, driving performance, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage Head Contracts: Changes, applications, entitlements, and cash flow.
*Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.
*Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
*Provide commercial insights and manage performance across packages.
*Negotiate contracts in line with budgets and forecasts.
*Mentor and manage commercial staff; deputize for senior roles when needed.
Requirements
*Expertise in contract administration and technical commercial matters.
*Strong industry knowledge, including sub-contractor markets and risks.
*Proven ability to drive positive cost/value outcomes.
*Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent (RICS/CIOB membership preferred).
*Experience managing teams and delivering in high-pressure environments.
