We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients in Chelmsford with leads provided by one of the UK’s biggest estate agencies. This position is office-based, the successful candidate will be highly driven and self-motivated with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Our clients are rapidly growing and are looking for someone with the desire to work hard and help expand their client base.
Working hours:
*Monday-Friday office-based, alternative Saturdays (lieu day in return)
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
*Basic Salary between £30,000 - £35,000
*OTE £50,000 - £70,000
*Uncapped commission

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
*Strong knowledge of basic math principles
*Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgage lending
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
*Proficient in using mortgage software systems
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
*Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
*Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
*Chasing potential leads and generating new business
*Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
