Job Description:
My well established Client is urgently seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (PPC & SEO) to take ownership of their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and drive lead generation for their sales team. In this role, you will develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance metrics. You’ll also play a vital role in shaping the overall digital marketing strategy and boosting ROI across our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
Monitor and analyse daily performance metrics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Investment (ROI), and Click-Through Rates (CTR), to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to boost lead generation and ensure alignment with product goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to drive campaign success.
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in PPC and digital marketing to ensure best practices are implemented.
Work closely with other teams to ensure campaigns complement broader marketing and SEO efforts.
Create and manage budgets for PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in managing successful PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and optimise campaign performance.
A solid understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, and CTR.
Experience in driving lead generation and aligning campaigns with sales team objectives.
Up-to-date knowledge of PPC trends and best practices, including keyword research and audience targeting.
A strong understanding of SEO and how it integrates with PPC strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
