Job Description:
Search are looking to recruit a Credit Control Manager to join our client’s Finance team in Edinburgh. If you’re an experienced Credit Controller with strong communication skills looking to join a supportive team, you would be encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Debt Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely debt collection.
* Client Relations: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service both verbal and written.
* Credit Control: Chase overdue balances, monitor payment plans, and issue fees/receipts.
* Team Leadership: Manage a team of Credit Controllers, allocate tasks, and mentor junior members.
* Reporting: Produce detailed reports and track KPIs for management.
* Compliance: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and adhere to Credit Control procedures.
What we’re ideally looking for:
* Experience: Demonstrable Credit Control experience.
* Skills: Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
* Attributes: Adaptable, proactive and solution driven.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
