We’re seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to join our professional services team in the Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Description
*Manage a growing portfolio of accounts clients, including main client contact
*Manage preparation of company accounts and tax returns
*Manage preparation of personal tax returns
*Manage preparation of VAT returns
*Other client services such as management accounts, forecasting
*Training team members
*Aid the senior management team in improving processes
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant Manager should have:
*Senior or assistant manager with 5+ years of accounting experience
*Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
*Proven experience in a similar role within professional services
*Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong Attention to Detail
*Excellent Time Management Skills
*Good Written and Technical Skills
Job Offer
*An estimated salary range of £40000 - £45,000
*Flexible working around core hours (10.30am - 4.00pm)
*Holiday entitlement of 31 holiday days per year including bank holidays
*Additional holiday buy back available
