Salary: Highly competitive (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Location: Bridgnorth

What We Do
*Specialise in complex aluminium and iron sand casting for automotive, motorsport, and aerospace sectors
*Develop advanced manufacturing solutions using state-of-the-art technologies
*Focus on lightweight, high-integrity casting techniques that support green energy and electrification
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will proactively establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices for the production of world-leading innovations.
*Act as the lead competent person for environment, health and safety, as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and Environmental Policy.
*Ensure the group of companies complies with current legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision.
*Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety team
What We’re Looking For
*Current, valid driving licence,
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent qualification
*Experience of operating in a health, safety and environmental position
*Knowledge and understanding of all legislative requirements and Codes of Practice relating to occupational health, safety and environment
*Excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively
