We are pleased to be partnering with a successful manufacturing business looking to recruit a new position into their senior team. This is an exciting opportunity for supply chain professionals looking to join a growing business in the region.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role will take accountability for Inventory, internal supply and Stock control, managing a team across both warehousing and stock management some of the key responsibilities will be:
• To lead the stock control function across raw materials, ambient and chilled ingredients, bulk material, packaging, returnable equipment and finished goods.
• To lead the goods in team to ensure on time in full supply of goods to process and production lines.
• To lead inventory management of stock at external warehouses.
• Lead all audited and non-audited stock takes, analyse results and present to senior leadership.
• Lead stock meetings with customers, identifying any issues and driving improvements.
• To mentor and develop team, driving standards with aim to develop future leaders.
• To lead the functions in ensuring all Health and Safety and Quality processes and policies are met.
