Commercial Real Estate Associate – Edinburgh or Glasgow - NQ - 4 PQE
We are partnering with a UK Top 30 law firm with a global presence to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Associate for their leading Scottish team. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected firm during an exciting period of growth.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
*Proven expertise in: *Acquisitions and disposals.
*Landlord and tenant matters.
*Desirable: experience in real estate finance (but not essential).
*General commercial property lawyers are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to specialise in the medium term.
*Ability to manage a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
*Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and a drive to achieve results.
