Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to lead their passionate kitchen team and work hand-in-hand with their Venue Manager and Executive Chef. Kitchen Manager - What You’ll Be Doing:
*Coaching & Supporting: Inspire, mentor, and guide your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
*Collaboration: Partner with the Venue Manager to maintain smooth operations and ensure the team thrives.
*Menu Development: Assist the Executive Chef with exciting seasonal menu updates, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
*Operational Excellence: Take charge of kitchen management, maintaining high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
*Overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation.
*Controlling food margins through effective stock management
Kitchen Manager - What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in either branded or independent kitchens.
*A passion for leading teams and fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
